Weather watch '22

Someone normally starts a pointless weather thread each year at about this time, so...

It'll be well above zero degrees this year with up to 100% chance of some sun.

Whether the weather is good or whether the weather is bad we can be certain that there will be weather during RIAT 2022 and whether you like that weather or not will be up to you :-)

Andy, you didn’t comment on the likelihood, regardless of the weather, whether or not the car park fields are likely to be over run with wethers.

I wont believe any weather updates until Peter has confirmed it.

Surely we should have a separate weather wish list :clown:

I for one, would like a sky as per the start of The Simpsons - a nice vibrant blue sky, with some lovely fluffy white clouds to break it up a little bit...

I'll get my coat, and take my meds now.

The phrase "up to 100%" includes zero....

After the past couple years, please heavens above let the weather play ball.

I don't enjoy RIAT that much when it's a scorcher. Hayfever/suncream/headaches/constant water and needing the loo/remembering sunglasses and hat.

Sunday's RIAT 2017 was perfect weather! More of that please.

Still pointless with over 2 weeks to go but... this from the met office.

There is a good chance of more settled conditions prevailing through the middle and later parts of July, although some northern areas may see spells of rain or showers at times, especially early in the period. These spells could extend across the country at times, but in general the south will see the best of the settled conditions. Temperatures are likely to be close to or a little above average initially but trending towards widely warm conditions later, especially across the south.

I'll take that for now...

Yep, that sounds good. I shall not be reading any other weather forecasts now until after the show.

So if it rains, it's your fault verreli. :-p

Too much the same these days I'm afraid, dull grey, unmarked weather. Very little character, not like the good old days when all the clouds were different and you could instantly tell one weather pattern from another.

Looks pretty decent for Wednesday & Thursday arrivals at the moment.....that early morning NE wind might be a pain for 27 use (or is it too light to matter)
