Following a brief discussion on Twitter with Tommy, I've had a dig through my archives to search for the RNZAF Herc that displayed at RAF Cosford Airshow and 2005 was the year. Now due to age and faltering memory, I believed it was in camouflage but my photos were distinctly average, well, I got one of those right. Other flying display highlights include an Austrian Air Force SAAB 105, DHL 757, Breitling Jet Team, a Beech Staggerwing, Dutch PC-7 and the 56sqn Tornado F3.
The usual longing for better equipment (I think these were taken on a Fuji Finepix S7000?) and more skill, way back when, as is usual in these golden oldy threads but without a time machine, this is the best record I have. Thankfully not lost when a hard drive failed on me in 2008.

The Falcons jumped from a Herc, remember when that was the norm?

Any comments welcome but criticism, well that would just be mean.

Indeed, she was a fine-looking aircraft and one I never failed to under-appreciate. I do remember her at a Coventry show almost hovering thanks to a good headwind.
