NATO Tiger Meet 2023

Post by st24 »

Not sure if this is the right place but I'm sure there'll be spotters activities and there's signs of an actual open day/show taking place on the 8th. Decent line up, not an F-35 in sight!!
Obviously the UK participation will cancel soon due to "operational commitments "!

Didn't someone say 230sqn had disbanded earlier this year anyway?

Looks a good line up on paper, lets hope the schemes aren't as ridiculous as in the last few years. We know the German Typhoon at least looks a proper job this time round.

If Wikipedia (and a few other sources) is to be believed 230sqn is now home based in Brunei and not Benson and has been since May!

Both Threshold and Ian Allen are quoting Sunday 8th as the air show but I can't find any reference to this in Nato Tigers or Italian Air Force pages . Does anybody know where this info originates?

What’s with the 1500 foot circuits and straight in approach. The tiger’s claws have well and truly been cut
