www.shuttleworth.org/military-weekend-2024/We are thrilled to announce the return of the Albatros D.Va (G-WAHT) to Shuttleworth again this year.
Flying alongside The Collection’s First World War aircraft at our Military Air Show this coming June, the Albatros D.Va is a firm favourite for enthusiasts and amateurs alike.
As one of the most numerous German fighter aeroplanes built during ‘The Great War’, our Military Weekend will be a fitting setting to see this historic aircraft take to the skies alongside its former rivals from the Shuttleworth Collection.
The aircraft is operated by the WW1 Aviation Heritage Trust, a charity set up to provide an enduring flying collection of World War I Allied and German aeroplanes.

2nd June 2024. Old Warden, Bedfordshire
Shuttleworth are superb organisers of top quality airshows and nostalgia events. So the opportunity to display with a 4-ship is not one to be overlooked. This is their military airshow event and whilst it is a two day event, the airshow is limited to the Sunday. Always a terrific outing with lot's of opportunities to meet the crews.

I've booked my ticket for the show but it does seem odd that there isn't a C-47 appearing.

They’re already attending events at North Weald and Duxford, as well as transiting to France on that day.
